He will not recommend a service or part if it is not actually needed. You can trust him to determine the problem and fix it correctly the first time."

"It’s been a month since Michael came to our house to look at our oven that will not hold a consistent temp, can be as much as 50 degrees different than what the oven is set at. I had an appointment scheduled for a later date, he had a cancellation, called to see if he could come earlier, I appreciated this, although I was at work and unable to be at the house. My husband and Michael called me at work, I felt like Michael wouldn’t listen to what I was saying. Told me that I need to preheat the oven, my thermometers that I keep in the oven are at the wrong locations and they may take 10 minutes to fully register. Still not listening to me, he said there was nothing wrong with the oven and left. I use my oven a lot, and know how to use an oven. I decided to figure out how to fix the oven myself. I found that my oven was involved in a class action law suit for not holding temperature. I’m disappointed that we paid $102 and still have the problem and that as an untrained person I simply googled my oven model and found that many have had the exact issue that I am having and tried to get Michael to understand. Unfortunately, I didn’t know this until after the deadline to file with the class action suit."

"A great experience and we will definitely request Michael Baily again! He showed up very professionally dressed (that matters when you let someone in your home!) checked out our washer and said a pump was probably out, that he had one with him and could fix it today for $xxx amount of dollars..no brainer, I told him to fix it. 20 mins later he comes upstairs and tells me there was a penny stuck in the pump, that he got it out and it works fine and the total bill was less over $100!! We really appreciated his honesty and my washer works like new! Thank you Mr. Baily!"
