"Clerk and customer who obviously knew each other held up the line. All the dude holding up the line said was a bunch of negative things about working with the public. When I said something, he had the audacity to ask me if I was in a hurry. When I said yes, he said “you’ll be fine.” There was never an apology given to me for having to wait while they poured negativity on the public. Very unprofessional!!"

"St. Patrick's Day Luck from an auto part store with an Irish name! How fitting! I had been visiting in Germantown and was headed back home to northern VA...on a very tight schedule. I woke up on March 17th to find a gray and rainy day. Loaded up the car to get an early start and realized the windshield wiper on the drivers side (of course) was just smearing water...unsafe and impossible to see. Not being from the area...I figured I would have to go into Miamisburg or further to find a place and that would install them for me. I pulled into a gas station on Route 4 and as I was pumping gas - I looked up and saw O'Reilly Auto Parts! What a coincidence!! It was just past 7:30 am so I figured they didn't open until 9 or 10 am. WRONG! They were ALREADY OPEN! So as I was finishing at the pump, I called and spoke to a very nice representative - sorry I did not get his name - and he said not only did they have what I needed in stock IT WAS FREE INSTALLATION ! He was even nice enough to have them on the counter waiting as I drove across the street. He came out, put the new wipers on my car and my entire delay from this issue was less than 10 minutes! HOW AMAZING IS THAT? Thank you so much for a perfect location, perfect hours and perfect service."

They immediately began helping them diagnose the check engine light. I was very thankful for them. I had no other way to help them myself, at the time. Thank you so much."
