"Joel Steiner from Mr. Appliance was the best technician we have worked with ever. Polite, professional, detailed, neat and clean. Provided outstanding service, fast and at a fair price. We have a kitchenaid refrigerator that has been services by Lewis appliance in the past. Numerous issues with Lewis, terrible service, disrespectful technicians and customer phone support. Plain rude. Mr. Appliance was very friendly when we called, has us on the schedule rapidly and Joel knocked out the repair and was pleasure to be around. Just call them. Make sure to ask for Joel. "Zach was very pleasant and knowledgeable.He knew exactly what to look for at first. My dryer door switch was broken. He repaired the switch,and my dryer started working again.The repair didn't take vary long,and Zach was on his way. He had to order a bulb for my dryer,which I am still waiting on,so I guess that I will see Zach again in the near future. Let me know when that needs to be scheduled.Thank you! SUZETTE BENSCH"
"Knew exactly what the issue was very quickly, had the part with him and fixed it on the spot. 1 year warranty on part, no labor to fix if goes bad in that year, said he’s not had to replace igniter once newly installed. Was a bit pricey. But would still request repair from this company again. The lady I spoke to doing the scheduling went way out of her way to see if there was a repair person on my area that could be added to his route. They did some finagling and fit me in. Very personable and kind over the phone. I’m sorry I didn’t pay attention to her name. I have their number in my contacts list. A HUGE thank you to everybody!"
"They came out to my house back in October to look at my whirlpool washer because the basket had come off the corner suspension rods. Zach was very honest and very helpful to get my issue diagnosed and priced out. Even though I never had them back to do the full fix and ended up just buying a new washer I appreciate the honesty, the thorough service, and the friendly nature of the home visit. I would recommend them to anyone and would call them back again should I need an appliance issue diagnosed/repaired."
