"I wish I could leave zero stars cause it is super sad when the customer has to do the employees job we had to have 2 tires put on rotated and balanced the dude couldn't even take the lug nuts off of the driver and passenger rear tire I had to sign a waiver and do it myself I then let them take the tire off and change it. I watched them break the tpms(tire pressure monitor sensor) and didnt tell us and charged us for it i then watched him balance the tire and it's not even balanced right when I told him and he kept ignoring me continuing his job when he put the tire on he put it on backwards and I told him your putting it on backwards he ignored me again and I said it again he then persisted to yell at me and tell me I didn't know how to do there job when I have 14 years of experience in being a tire technician he then put the tire on backwards not using the correct star pattern I called him out on that and he started yelling at me again so I then yelled back at him telling him to take the tire off and put it back on using the right star pattern and he commenced to yell at me for telling them how to do there job right"
