"Poor customer service: Called Thursday morning and made appointment for Friday at 3pm. Called Friday at 4:45pm to confirm someone was still coming, I was told last job was running over and I was next in line but someone would be there shortly. No one ever showed up or called back to reschedule. Very unprofessional to not even call back to say they couldn't make it out that day."

"The guy who came must’ve been new! Either that or he was downright lazy! When bringing in the equipment he smacked by coffee table hard enough to push it back a few feet. Whatever Stuff happens. When he hooked up the machine he let the metal snake smack against my finished basement tile floor so hard I thought it was gonna crack! After 10ft he says I got the clog out do you want me to run more cable through? I said yes of course! If not you’ll be back in a week! Once he was finished he went to put the cover back on the drain and broke the wingnut that tightens it in place and didn’t say anything AND didn’t even put the cover on right so it leaks when I flush the toilet! When I called to discuss these issues the manager said he could send someone out but that he was gonna charge me for it! Horrible customer service and lackluster work! Not a place I will ever call again!"
