"I can see why they are no longer in the residential space. Had them come out 2 days ago to fulfill my service agreement and give my furnace a once over. I have a 2 week old baby and after the tech left my family took a nap. When we woke up it was cold inside my house. Went to the furnace and first found they never reinstalled the rubber grommet around the gas pipe that goes into the burner/pilot area then I found they never turned my gas back on. What else did they not put together correctly? Called, left a message, and no response. I had originally gave them a 5 star review after they serviced my ac in the spring, but clearly this company doesn't care about service/warranty once they get your money. It was such a great feeling having to work on a unit after a "professional" was just here working on something that had no issues. WHAT A JOKE!"
