"The tech complained that my nails were too outgrown. Instead of two weeks I waited 2 1/2 and I had one full nail replacement. Why is it that the replacement is the first to fall off, and I have a schedule appointment for a new place in Medina. This woman was rude kept stretching like I was hurting her, which made me more stressed out. I will never come back there. The man who was doing my daughters nails was on the phone the entire time, never ask my daughter if she wanted her nails shorter. She’s a Quiet teenager and she just went with the flow. No wonder why. The salon was empty."

"I went here. The man was alone and was very unprofessional. I wanted dip nails. He was very agitated about that saying acrylic nails were better for nails. When putting the tips on he was ripping the nails off and causing pain. Then when doing the dip powder he used purple acrylic EMA liquid and applied it like acrylics. My nails were supposed to be a bluish purple and this is how they turned out. Would not recommend."
