"I have been to this nail salon before and always had great work done by Andy and Julie. Unfortunately this time I got Henry and did not have a good experience. He filed the dip off that I had on previous and my natural nails now feel like they are paper thin and it was painful. I tried to tell him they were getting thin and he kept going. I left with multiple places bleeding. And worst of all is that it wasn’t even worth going through because the dip application looks horrible. They are bumpy, the edges are misshapen and look chipped, and there is dip past the cuticle on my skin that he tried to file off. I’m giving 3 stars instead of 1 because the other nail techs in the salon really are great, but I will be sure to be picky about who does my nails next time."
"I had a full set placed and they used dip powder. Not a fan. There are all these powder fragments/particles all throughout the pink and the clear coat is already chipping on one of the fingers. They were just done a couple hours ago. Not thrilled as I am leaving for vacation in a couple of days and they did not turn out at all what they should have. Not my first rodeo with dips, gel X, acrylic, etc. Just my first time at this salon…"
