"I went to VCS for the first time the morning of September 8th and had a shellac mani and classic pedi with Megan, and I am still beyond happy with my nails. The entire experience was awesome - Megan is super friendly, personable, and professional. She is amazing at what she does!! I love my nails and it's been 2 1/2 weeks since I had them done. The polish has not chipped, which I understand is the entire point of Shellac, but I've still never had it last this long... and still look good. I absolutely plan on returning for another mani/pedi with Megan, and I am also considering going for my next haircut and color, and even visiting their Med Spa for skincare procedures. It really is a one stop shop with all their services and I'm so glad I found them!"

"I tried this salon about 3 yrs. ago, and was underwhelmed. The stylist was pushing products the entire appointment. Being a busy mom, the last thing I want to deal with in the precious few hours I have to myself is feel pressured to buy overpriced products. A few days ago, I decided to try this salon again, different stylist. Big mistake! The hair cut was subpar, despite being cut by a "senior stylist," (code for expensive). I shared what my frustrations have been with my hair. Yet despite my concerns, I still received a poor cut that I had to correct when I got home, and the worst part was it was a $60 haircut! With my other simple hair services and gratuity, my appointment was over $200! And the stylist was just as pushy, if not more, than the previous stylist at trying to sell me products. Won't be going back here! EVER!"

"I went to Jenna for my first experience at this salon, and it had been about 2 years since having my hair done. I was a little nervous at first, as I am going to each new salon, always hopeful but not ever quite walking out 100% happy. I hardly ever get my hair done, being a full-time working mom, I just don't have the time to take for myself that often. Jenna took the time to talk to me about what I wanted and help me pick out colors, spent time meticulously placing the highlights and lowlights, was super pleasant to be around the whole time and always asked if I needed anything before letting my hair process for a few minutes. She cut my hair perfectly. She stayed late to make sure every detail was perfect - I was there for over 3 hours but she never rushed any detail or made me feel like it was an inconvenience for her to stay late. I walked out of the salon feeling brand new and the next day I'm still 110% happy with my hair. It was worth every penny and every minute. It sounds silly but it's hard to find someone I can trust with my hair, and I definitely feel like I've found that with Jenna, and will certainly be going back the next time I need a refresh. 10/10 would recommend going to Jenna!"
