"Me and my sister got our nails done here for our birthday. The staff seemed nice but talked rude behind customers backs. The guy who had not many fingers did my nails, my inspiration was not that detailed and doable and he didn't make it look or match it whatsoever and added random stuff. He also nicked me a few times and made me bleed. That's not supposed to happen. He was pretty rude and they overcharged and hurried up my nails. Overall they stayed for a while but just bad customer service. Won't go there again."

"Busy for a reason. Never a bad experience. Any less than 5 stars reviews that I just read sounded like customers who might just need to do their own nails, caught them near closing, had unreasonable expectations. The staff here are busy, in high demand because, at least with my daughters and self have always done exceptional and beautiful jobs. Always clean, friendly and hospitable. Only complaint is hard to get an appointment because they book up like crazy. I'd pay more for the services than they charge at this salon than any other I've ever found! But I don't want them to know that! A kind nice family who clearly work hard. Well worth patronizing and you'd get rewarding results."
"I sent my three teenage daughters in on Sunday to get full acrylic nail set they nicked my daughters finger charges extra for everything. Charged for gel polish and it is now chipping. When I called they were rude talking to other customers while I was trying to figure out why there nails where so expensive and then the Manger said my daughters nails where long ha they are average length. I know my family will never go back."
"WORST NAILS EVER! I received a pedicure first which was great, then we went over to the tables to do a dip mani with tips. I’ve had dip done a million times and the process she was doing was very odd to me (clearly didn’t know what she was doing) after putting the 2 coats on, I was waiting for her to sand/smooth my nail but instead, she put the top coat on and told me I was done. I should have said something right there, but they had just closed and she was the last one doing nails and since she didn’t know what she was doing, there was no way she would know how to fix it. There’s a reason they don’t offer refunds…DONT GO HERE!"
