"Went around lunch time with a friend for manicures and pedicures. Although they were quite busy, after picking the nail polish color they sat us down at the pedicure chairs right away. They were very nice and did a great job. We will very likely return here."

"The lady doing my pedi was nice but she took a chunk of my skin out of my big toe. It’s very painful. Most likely won’t be coming back."

"I have been coming to this location on and off for over 5 years and have been satisfied with various nail sets, manicures, and pedicures. I had been going to another place but decided to come back to pure again prior to going on vacation, even though it is out of my way, because I remember always being happy with my nails. I received a dip with tip service and noticed my dip cracking within two days of having them done but was unable to get them fixed because of being on vacation. Within a week, all of my nails were cracked- two of them breaking right in half and ripping my real nail so I had to remove the rest. Before this, I had been getting consistent dip with tip manicures from another nail spa and never had this happen. I wanted to come in to have this fixed due to spending significant money on a service that didn’t even last a week, however I do not want to ruin my nails further and am not looking to spend any more money. Very disappointed."

"Terrible experience. If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Was charged $10 extra dollars for the shape & the “French tip.” Sat & asked for the shape to be fixed probably 5 times & he told me it was my fingers being crooked, not his shaping. Also asked for him to fix the polish because I didn’t like how he did the French tips, but just gave up after having asked so many times. The nails are uneven & very crooked, there was no cuticle care, the paint job was sloppy. The pictures make it look much better than it does in person. As you can see from the photos, the nails are not similar at all. I do not recommend coming here, unfortunately. Being my first time there, I was hoping to be pleasantly surprised but was ultimately incredibly disappointed. My vacation nails came out nothing like what I wanted. Never had such an awful shaping job done on my nails. Ended up paying $70 for a full set that turned out like this. I will not be returning. UPDATE: 3 days later, my nails are already chipping & breaking? Genuinely upset about this. My nails have never been this terribly done. We just got to the ocean for vacation, haven’t even been in the water yet. Now my vacation nails actually are ruined lol. $70 for this? ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS."

"Overall. This place left me disappointed. Here's the good. Fresh water and fruit while getting my pedicure had me excited and saved this from being a 1 star rating. Here's the not so good. First, why make an appointment if im going to have to end up waiting? Second, the person who did my nails (gel manicure) did a poor job because he had to rush to move on to the next job. but more importantly, he smudged my toes. I asked him to fix it. And after he was done, well it looked worse than before. When I went to check out, they asked if I would come back and they would fix it (for free) but I did explain that I don't live in the area and cannot just keep coming back for a job that cost $40 to be done right. So good hospitality but the actual services (gel manicure/regular pedicure were poor)"
