"All I have to say is don’t get acrylics done here. Every one of my nails are shaped different and over half of them feel like they are going to fall off. They used dirty nail files, nothing was new that was used on my nails."

"I recently had a disappointing visit to Hollywood Nail Salon with my grandma and cousin. The staff’s insistence on charging extra for a simple nail removal left a sour taste, and the double payment demand was both frustrating and unprofessional. My grandma, rightfully upset, had a rather dramatic exchange when she refused to pay twice. The overall attitude of the staff further added to the unpleasant experience. Not recommended but there nails are cute but they are rude."

"RUDE..as I read the previous reviews after my visit (my mistake) it is a consensus! This place is RUDE! How are they still in business..Service: Dip powder. I politely said I would like them thin. He said, I know. Thinking, he had done them before, I asked how did he know? He then said a couple things I didn’t understand pointing to the bowl for me to soak off..he’s being very dismissive, but I’m thinking he’s just kinda dryly joking, never did I ever think this really is his customer service skills, or lack of, not until the rude employee (man) next to us said, don’t tell him his job. Now I’m really confused because I was just explaining how I wanted my nails, that I was paying for done. At no time was I rude or even trying to tell him how to do his job. He basically told me if I didn’t want them done I could leave. So, I paid for my soak off and left. After going somewhere else, I was informed the manager was there, I went back and asked to speak to her. I really wanted to know what the problem was and why I was treated that way. This is we’re it gets worse..the “manager/owner” begin by not understanding me..then she stated..he (the manager) was on vacation, and not there. WOW, no business should treat customers this way! Based on some of these reviews, how are they still in business; Sandusky has so many nail shops that do an awesome job, with amazing customer service! What I do know is the best advertisement is word of mouth!"

"All my nails and co workers nails turned yelllow with fungus! Right through the polish on toe nails and under the acrylic nails on finger nails. I went in and showed her she sent me to a nail tech . Said she would change the color to another , I was charged to change the shellac which I agreed to , same thing the next day YELLOW. She told me I did it somehow by tanning or getting the the pool ( I do not tan ) . Never had this happen ever and this was the only place I came to for all my nail services for years."
