SEAN IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Sean works on Sundays and this is only 2nd week to work. "I used to go to the Westlake Ulta and had my eyebrows laminated and tinted by Rachel who did a phenomenal job! She ended up moving to Southern Ohio so I had to find a new person. So I decided to try out the Ulta in Sandusky and I am happy I did! I had the same thing done today and the woman who did them did an amazing job!! Her name is Jennifer and I highly recommend her if you are looking to have your eyebrows done!!!"
