"I booked a couples massage here because I couldn't get in to the local place I usually use on short notice. I wanted to surprise my husband with a treat for the last day of our vacation. The atmosphere was very nice, the relaxation room before and after was very comfortable, and everyone was super friendly and accommodating. The overall experience was good. Having professional massages in the past I was disappointed in the actual massage. I felt like my girl was just rubbing lotion all over me. There was no pressure or technique. I kept waiting for the massage to start. For the price I would not book again....but I enjoyed the afternoon with my husband."

"I had booked a halotherapy session for my daughter and myself today. We had ZERO relaxation because of two ladies in there that kept running their mouths. I asked at the desk if it is a rule for guests to be quiet in there, which it is not. They will tell people to take off their shoes and not bring their phones, but not to be quiet in a relaxation therapy room. The receptionist was apologetic that these ladies lacked basic courtesy, however that does not remedy our experience. We should have been offered another session. What a waste of almost $100. Update: Tried another session exactly one year later. We heard vacuuming noises and talking from the front desk area during our session. Hardly a relaxing experience."

"While I enjoyed my massage and facial very much, I would not recommend getting a manicure or pedicure. I did opt for the express, however that should not have anything to do with the quality received. I'm pretty sure my 11 year old daughter could have done a better job. You could see where the 2nd coat of polish was put on. The photos were taken less than 4 hours after they were done."
