"I also purchased a groupon. I called four times with no response. I finally drove over there. They were open. The lady was rude. I was just dumbfounded. I went ahead and bade an appointment. After reading reviews and being in there myself, I cancelled. I didn’t feel comfortable. So $20 wasted, could have saved the $20 and went some where much more professional and nicer. Trust me, do that. Pay a little more for being treated nicely."
"This is the most unprofessional salon I have ever encountered! Rude is a mild word to use ! I attempted to schedule an appointment 6 times. Left messages each time . The message actually says "they'll call you back in a day or so " lol how unprofessional ! You couldn't pay me to go here. When I finally got ahold of them and said I had a groupon ... I was immediately treated poorly and like I was an annoyance to fit me in . Are there negative stars ?"
"It has become tradition for me to have a girl's night at the spa for my birthday. This has been an after-hours party at the same salon & spa until this year. However, that spa recently underwent new ownership and, after I had already booked the date & time, sent out my invites and received my RSVP's, the new owner called and said that she could not accommodate our party. Thus leaving me only a few days to secure a new location for 13 people. My sister had heard that The Nail Spot did after-hours parties, so I took a chance and called. After I explained my situation to the owner, Ginni Love, she asked for additional information and said that she would check with her girls, the ladies at Amy Davis A.N.D. Salon, Beyond Beauty Skin Care, and Massage, and that she would get back to me that evening to let me know if they could do the party. Not only did they arrange their schedules to accommodate us, they bent over backwards to make the entire night special for each and every one of us. When I walked in, I immediately felt welcome and comfortable. We were all pleased with their services. They were a fun, but professional group of women and I look forward to visiting there again."
