"Made appointment a few weeks prior, cleared my schedule. Day arrives and I took my dog to daycare, only to get a call an hour before my scheduled appointment that they are cancelling and cannot reschedule me until next week (I am out of town). I understand life happens but I’m sure if I cancelled with less than 24 hour notice I would be penalized. When they cancel with an hour notice: nothing."

I have very thick, long curly hair and she styled it SO quickly and my hair feels and looks amazing. I was feeling sort of guilty since it was late on a Saturday and the salon was clearing out but she never made the appointment feel rushed at all and was just so delightful and lovely! Such a treat to have my hair done here!"
