"I went here today to change my hair color, I had some pictures of colors that I liked. I was hoping the lady I saw named Porscha would be able to give me some advice as to Which color I should go for with my skin tone. Not one bit of advice did I get, all I got was I don't feel comfortable doing it, she acted like I didn't realize that my hair needed cut, and oh how quickly she was to refer her customers away, maybe she didn't think I had money like the older lady's that come in there to see her, I don't know but literally from the jump she had an attitude. Great customer service Bel'aire."
