"I may go again because they gave me exactly what I wanted for my price range. Pedicures there are amazing . I won't go for my hands again that's all I'll say. Staff is somewhat short when answering questions and giving directions about signing name and picking color. Also will only do ombre if it is full set and shellac/gel."
"It is rare that I give a business a low or disapproval rating however, this nail salon doesn't even deserve a one star. The owner (male) should stay home and consider another line of work where he doesn't need to interact with people. He was extremely curt, rude and even motioned towards the door insinuating that I should leave upon my asking questions. Customers are allowed to ask questions regarding a service, especially when the establishment is new to them. It should be encouraged. Nails salons are not factories..."sign your name, what do you want"? Most are businesses where one can relax, receive their service in a clean environment from friendly and courteous professionals. This is not the place. I would NOT recommend it."
"I live in Columbus but come to Cincinnati often, and love going to Essence. Their prices are reasonable, their staff is really friendly, they have a ton of color options, and they’re quick! I got a dip polish change and was in/out in 30 min. Impressive"
"1st and last time coming here. Guessing you have to have an appointment. I've waited almost a hour to be serviced, because someone had appointment at 1pm. Only one guy doing nails, while three other ladies sitting around. This place is big, clean, ans fairly nice so they're not hurting for business. There's no signage on the door, that states otherwise, for appointments. If didn't get dropped off I've would have left immediately!!!"
"Very professional , beautiful and relaxing! They have a comfortable and spacious nail station setup. They always do a great job and that keeps us coming back. Essence Nails & Spa is a very nice establishment They are awesome! Great advice on shape and color selection."
