"Highly dissatisfied with the service and the quality of nails that I received from Katy’s. The only thing I will credit them is that I did not have to wait when I came and it was Valentine’s Day weekend. This is the only reason that I was there. Before I even sat down, she was already asking for my credit card and ID I have not picked out my color or anything. I said I’m paying cash we move on. I told her I want a pink and white French style set. Again, she start pressing the price saying it 85 is that OK? Y’all know how they do. I say yes she proceeds. She gives me a pink and white ombre type marble design. The nails Were poorly shaped. What you would call “fat” They literally were so thick. She speaks Her language to the owner. He Proceeds to come over He said something in his language back. She tried to do something. And at the end of the day, I told her again I don’t like it I said the owner has to do my nails. Her face turned up with the nastiest look on her As she forcefully tried to cut my nails off with a nail clip. At this point, I’ve been here for two hours already And I’m upset. I was very. Kind to the lady because I’m aware of how they wanted me to act in there. The owner came over and put some white tips on my nails and said this is only 45. I honestly didn’t like it but at this point I was here for three hours on Valentine’s Day weekend so I gave him the money And I still tipped Both the owner and the lady who messed up my nails and turned her faced up on me. I will not be back."

"This place is great! I just went in for the first time, and the technician nailed it. I was in and out in less than 2 hours (full set with French tip/heart design). The pricing was very reasonable! Would definitely recommend to a friend."

He pays attention to detail, gives acrylic nails a natural nail look, and makes sure you are satisfied with your nails because he redid my color change when I was unsure of the first color . "One of the dirtiest salons I’ve ever been to. None of the tools were sterilized, polish was all over my cuticles and so many air bubbles. I waited 40 minutes for my toes to dry and they still got ruined on my walk home. Literally a waste of my time and money"
