"I am beyond happy with the service I received at Ciny nails. I went in for a pedicure and a new full set, Abby did a great job with my pedicure and I wanted to try a new shape and she helped me decide on the length that would work best for my day to day life. I have been going to the same nail salon for 8 years and will continue to come back. I have never had any issues with my service or the Quality of my nails."

"This nail place, hands down is the worst. Mail place I’ve ever experienced. The lady went the brown bob tried to do my nails and put three fake nails and put the tips on and didn’t say anything, went to her white car to smoke a cigarette before driving home. Never coming back and I sat in the chair waiting and none of the employees said anything. The owner gave me a 10% off card. They made me feel as if they don’t like brown individuals."

"I went in today for a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. The only positives were that I was seated right away and the guy who did my pedicure did a good job. The lady who did my manicure on the other hand was terrible; she was unnecessarily rough. She kept scraping, picking, and filing at my skin to the point that one of my fingers actually started bleeding. And she never apologized. I also was never seated in an actual manicure chair. She did my entire manicure, while I was getting my pedicure done which was uncomfortable as I had to twist my body towards her the entire time. I did not receive the traditional hand oil or massage and, I wasn’t even able to enjoy the pedicure or the massage chair! And to top it off, the prices that they charged did not match the prices given in their website, which was the only reason I went with them. The website states $30 for gel manicure and regular pedicure. But they charged $40 for the pedicure and $45 for the gel manicure, plus $3 extra for a polish that was never disclosed that it was an extra cost! This was supposed to be a birthday treat to myself, since I don’t often get my nails done, and have never treated myself. So, to say the least, I’m extremely disappointed and I’m never going back."

"I was reluctant to come here because of a couple of other reviewers. However I decided to go there anyway since there were only a few reviews about it. This place isn't as bad as others have made it out to be. It looks very clean and upscale on the inside. Customer service was great. Everyone was very friendly. They were up front and very clear about the pricing before we started. They double checked to make sure I was okay with the price, showing me on a calculator. It was around $53 for a French pedicure. If I didn't do French it would have been $45. Additionally, Pam did a fabulous job and made sure I was happy with the end product before I left. Not to mention I was being a bit picky about how my French pedicure was done. And she remained patient and accommodating. She also got my ingrown toenail out with very little pain involved shockingly. Not nearly as painful as it would have been if I had tried to do it myself home. I am so relieved that I no longer have an ingrown toenail! These ladies know their stuff and the business is legit! I will definitely be back and I recommend anybody else come here too!"
