"Really disappointed. Came in for the first time to get a pedicure on Wednesday to treat myself on my day off work. The nail technician cut my toe nails so they are now uneven, made my big toe nail cuticle bleed, and was just overall sloppy with painting them (looks like a none professional painted). Two days since and all the gel polish has completely come off two of my nails. This is very annoying considering I paid $60. Will not be coming back."
"Do not go there. 5 of my nails have came off already and it’s been a week since I got them done. This is never happened. She overcharged me when I was there and kept making up different reasons why it was $70 for a fill in gel. She was annoyed I wanted more than one color and the nails were LUMPY. She was rude and they are too expensive not to last. Save your coins. It was also my first time and she didn’t offer me 15% off."
"Walked in and was taken back to have my nails done. First time here because they had 15% off. The guy was very good at shaping my nails and more. I’ll be back even though this is about 15 minutes away. But for good quality I’ll travel."
"I called beforehand and asked how much a fill in with REGULAR POLISH would be. I was told $35. I knew it was cost a little more because I had one nail missing. I was charged a total of $53 and I am furious. The nail tech was sweet but was trying to push the gel polish so hard and I literally didn’t have the money. It’s been 5 days and 2 of my nails have broken off. The polish looks terrible and I know most people get gel nowadays but I didn’t have the extra 15 to spend. I’ll be calling them to try to get them fixed but we’ll see. I’ll update."
"Always so friendly and helpful. It's like visiting friends or family. I moved to the west side of Cincinnati and still prefer to make the drive back to Loveland to see this team for my mani pedi needs. Great service and they even make my husband feel welcome when he joins me for his mani pedis. ❤️"
