"Worst pedicure I've ever had. I seriously kept looking for cameras because I thought I was being Punk'd. She was unapologetically 15 mins late, didn't cut my nails on one foot, barely touched me with the foot file, did a 2-second "massage" on each leg, spent 10 mins chatting on the phone, kept intermittently disappearing, and shooed me out into the rain without giving my polish any time to dry as another client came in. She mentioned a "next time" and I was absolutely incredulous that she thought I'd want a repeat. I'm still not convinced there weren't cameras."

"Literally allowed me to sit there for over an hour waiting for her to finish her other two clients and then finally told me she couldn’t get to me.. mind you I scheduled an appointment. Continues to say sorry … but isn’t trying to give me other options ! Please don’t book and waste ur time driving to another side of town to be told “you’ll have to reschedule or be refunded by Groupon”"
