"I hired Bill to replace my dishwasher in Dec. 2020. I handed him $330.00 to purchase the selected dishwasher from Menards. After receiving my money, Bill became hard to contact, always had an excuse as to why he couldn’t make it out to my home to complete the job, claimed he had issues with purchasing the dishwasher, etc. I was kind and patient with Mr. Cox throughout the process until the last day when he failed for the 3rd time to complete the job and bring me my dishwasher. He had excuses that included over scheduling himself, getting in a car accident, getting pulled over by the cops, and not having a working vehicle. I had to call the police on Mr. Cox because he called cursing profanities at me and my mother, yelling, and being very unprofessional the day I fired him and requested my money back. Bill informed the police that he would send my money back to me in the mail and that would be the end of it. I am a single mother, full time student, army veteran, and full time employee. He scammed me and took advantage of my kindness. He treated me as if I had no right to be displeased with his inability to stay on schedule or deliver as discussed. I have yet to receive my money back from Mr.Cox. I have been focused on finishing school but will be taking further actions here in the very near future. Mr. Cox do the right thing and give me my money back. God bless."

"Mr Cox replaced my kitchen faucet and installed a garbage disposal. He also replaced my handheld shower head the faucet. He was very professional, arrived on time and completed the job in a timely manner. I would definitely contact Mr Cox again if I have anything that I need replaced or repaired."
