"Place was well stocked. I was looking for a product and I was having difficulty finding item. I was directly between two employees that were more focused on stocking shelves. I finally asked for help and they were helpful. Went to check. Couldnt find a check out line as they were all self check. Except at the extreme far right or left of the exits it appears to have a contractor check out and a service desk. It's not very convenient and it's not appearant that it's open to the every day shopper. Its obviously been designed so that people will use the self check out. With that said several of the self check outs said wait on attendant. The attendant with his back turned and stayed that way even when I complained about the lack of check out. He simply yelled with his back to me there are check outs on the extreme right and left. Again not very convenient. I refuse to use them simply based on the fact that they dont pay me to do a job that I feel requires human interaction. A simple hello, thanks for shopping with us and please come again goes much further and pays off much more than corporate greed. Pay for that service most people love it. Until it changes I will be shopping at Lowes and Menards because they still offer that personal touch. Your greed will be your demise."

"Extremely disappointed...Spent a lot of money purchasing top of the line counter tops...First of all they forgot my appointment...sent wrong phone number and email to supplier measuring for counter top and have not returned my phone calls...will not purchase here again even if it is a great sale!!!"
