"Let me just start off by saying Shawn and his team are the most trustworthy electricians/contractors I have ever dealt with. Due to a mix up on my end, I had over paid them nearly $1000 cash. Shawn went out of his way to get me my change that very same day, even though I realized way later than the end of business day. Shawn was very responsive throughout the entire process from quote to day of work. Any concerns I had were met swiftly and handled promptly. I appreciate the fact that his team works autonomously, I could still be working and making money while I could trust that they were doing their job and erasing all traces that they had been in the house.
