"I have visited this location three times and purchased a vaporizer battery each time and all three of them stopped working within one week two stopped working within one hour, and after going to the location and trying to do an even exchange, I didn’t even want my money back, but after not being able to use the vaporizer after only buying it within the last 48 hours and they could not exchange, nor would they allow a return, or any other way to make it right. There are at least three other vape stores within the area, and I would recommend them over this one due to them, backing the items they sell."
"I've been here twice. Both times I had good experiences. I bought Tobbaco and filters the first time, and vape cartridges yesterday. The staff was friendly, but not that knowledgeable about the head gear."
"They sold me a vape battery on monday. by wednesday it shorted and stopped working. Went to get it replaced and they said no refunds or exchanges. Really sucks when you waste 25$ on something that was faulty and then have to spend another 25$ to replace it because the people that sold it to you dont care about the quality of their products or customer satisfaction. I don’t have money to waste in this economy. I Will not come back."
"I buys bales here all the time, cake bars especially, they do not refund you nor car if their product just stops working even if it is brand new. They have no care for the customers or other peoples money struggles as well."
