"I have consistently been disappointed from my experience with the customer service at this pharmacy. I’ve been loyal to Drug Mart for all my prescriptions for many years. All of the males I’ve interacted with at this pharmacy have been rude and don’t appear to enjoy their jobs very much. I lost track of the amount of times I got a sarcastic comment or a sigh of frustration when I had a question, particularly from the older gentleman. I started dreading picking up my prescriptions and was met with an eye roll and sigh from another gentleman when my insurance changed and he had to run my prescriptions again. I got so relieved when the women were working! The end result is that I decided to switch to a different location because it became so frequent and frustrating."
"Many items have discounts or on sales. The store itself is kind of crowded. It is an older, smaller store with many items packed on the isles compared to the newer, bigger Meijer nearby. The waiting time to checkout is not bad. You can buy groceries, makeups, medicines and some other general merchandise. The price is relatively cheaper but shopping experience is not very pleasant for us."
"No problem with my prescriptions at all. The place is very nice. They seems to always have what I am looking for, no matter how odd. bike tire? notebook? Coffee? Rx? usb chargers? even old video DVD rentals. It's like a general store that is more convenient than big supermarkets."
