"Gone here for yrs... The only time I didn't squeeze the bag to check for freshness and had a stale bag of tobacco crumbs and dust, I thought he'd make it right cause I was a local loyal customer... Nope he has me bring bag back so he could add water to the tobacco and say that it was fresh ... Couldn't even roll or smoke a cigarette... Had to go buy the bag twice except somewhere else ... I'll never be back at this store nor will my friends.... Good luck being the most unfriendly smoke shop!!"
"Stale tobacco dried up tobacco and after coming here for yrs I'll now be shopping elsewhere... Thought they would've treated a loyal customer better than thinking they could toss some chemical in the bag of tobacco crumbs and dust and then saying, "here you go all fresh now". What a joke.... lost another loyal and local customer here."
