"They are always out of stock they have no idea what they are talking about and on 3 different times I've purchased vapes opened them up tried them and within 1 to 2 days they stop working and when I go back in they tell me thetes nothing they can do. So they will sell you anything but they won't back there product up . So for now on I'm going to the source and buying from the the actual company that makes they vape. # if you go to any corner store you can buy the same vapes for better deals with the same return policies."

"Called to ask if they had Elfbars, and if so, what flavors. Guy on the phone said “per FDA regulations I can not tell you what flavors we have.” No. I’ve called many other locations & they have helped me & gave me the information I asked for. I have been going to KOV for 10 years. Today is my last day I will be going to KOV. Terrible customer service."
