"We walked thru the doors at 10:55, the gentleman at the door told us we could come in, and despite having the item IN OUR HANDS, our little buddy Ben, a sloppily dressed, snide associate told us to leave. We said we will check out and be gone. He told us- in a MASSIVE escalation- told us he would call the cops on us. Don't go there. Seriously, I'm completely pissed off, why? I was there ON TIME. We know people want to go home, so we were hurrying. This entire interaction was ridiculous. And Ben? You're the reason your dad cries at night."

"Receipt checks to leave makes me feel like a (undeservedly) criminal. While I prefer self checkout because it's faster and I don't have to speak to anyone, if it comes at the price of making me feel like scum of the earth, pull them out. I used to be a regular shopper here, but now I only go 1 - 2 times a year (when I can't easily get something somewhere else locally same day) because of the receipt checks. Any time in the past I've ever been at this location, the staff have always been helpful and friendly. That's why I gave the rating of 3 stars."

"At first I didn’t like the vast amount of self checkouts. Now I really like them. There are plenty of attendants to help if you need them. If there are lines, they seem to go much faster than lines with a cashier used to go, maybe because there’s no one to chat to! The store is always well stocked."
