"This is the second time this past month that I try to stop by during store hours in the stores of I've been locked and no one comes to the door or it's just closed. It's truly disappointing as some of the staff has been very knowledgeable and helpful over the past few years. However those staff members have been transferred to other stores and the store is suffering. Additionally if you go on the app, this store isn't even listed."
