Wendy's

"Nothing fast about this fast food place. There was only 1 person in front of me so I thought it would be quick stop for breakfast but I was wrong. No smile, no thank you, no nothing."

"I remember when there fries, had salt. I believe they quit using spatula, to press the grease out of burger. Might have been a bad day for the crew, I'll wait a few weeks, and sure I will go back"

"It was absolutely terrible, we waited like 30 mins inside for our order, and my burger pattie was so cold that the cheese wouldn't melt. Also, the frosties sat and melted on the counter while the burgers sat waiting for the counter boy to realize they were for my order. No nugget sauces were in the bag...lots of employees and one manager, but only one of them knew anything at all about taking care of customers. The drive thru had about a dozen cars waiting in line when we finally got our food and exited the building."

"This place swings wildly from best Wendy's in town to "I waited 35 minutes for this?". Once took over an hour to get an order and have gotten cold fries on a number of occasions. Sometimes they hit it out of the park and other times they absolutely blow chunks."

"WOW...so much to unpack. Stopped for lunch and ended up not only disappointed, but cold food and items not prepared as asked. Had to return to get saltless fries, thought they were supposed to be hot and crispy...not the first or second batch. Not sure why the bacon was overly greasy and torn into small chards, maybe it was left from the morning breakfast sandwich. My hamburger was also cold by time I ate it...was warm at some point as most of the cheese did melt on it. As you look at the picture of the floor included, that was from an employee getting soda and spilling it...this was take almost 15 minutes after she spilt it as I was getting ready to leave. Noticed the sign was missing Wendy, not sure where she blew off to but maybe she was embarrassed by the food being served at this location. As a side note, I asked for my fries to be substituted like at another location owned by the same company, but I was told no so that is why I ended up with the fries...which ended up being tossed as they were cold and not crispy. I also witnessed a man who came in to ask for his order he places in the drive thru...said he has waited and only to find his meal was setting on the counter and no one had the sense to walk it to his car ..he was quite p.o.ed and I can see why with the issue I had and I placed my order at the counter."
