"Property manager is horrible. Get someone in there that will get the kitchen open and keep the place clean. These residents deserve better."

"This place is ran by slumlords with the job security of being funded by AMHA. The place is bedbug-infested, the equipment (dryers, elevators, etc) are broken regularly, the pipes have leaked into people's kitchens on several occasions, management are verbally abusive to residents and threaten eviction if anyone complains, there are zero precautions in place to stop theft in the laundry room, the elevators were down for over a year, the list goes on and on The management needs to be fired, AMHA needs to open an investigation, literally anything. There are a lot of people living here, with nowhere else to go, and no voice regarding the horrendous conditions. Staff are also rarely ever in the office when they should be. The only thing these scumbags care about is finding new ways to raise people's rent or evict residents to bring in a new one that will potentially pay more rent a month"

"Can't get rid of the bed bugs and fleas in the hall carpets. Staff is horrible and verbally abuse all the residents, threatening and try to intimidate us . When we call in a work order to fix things management tries to evict me again. They violate our rights and say .. deal with it. Then they do what they want. Why should we suffer?? They have poor management. Property managers doesn't ca re about the property, just trying to manage us."

"I'm very disappointed with the "bed bug" situation...It has gone on LONG enough...I have had them SEVERAL times...and to NO AVAIL..they are still here...."heat" treatments' don't do any good...and "spray" treatments dont do NO good....I have lost 4 good expensive pieces of furniture( that my late parents had for many years(and Dad's been gone 14 years....) and believe me..furniture isn't made like it use to be...and WHO is going to replace all the furniture that I lost...I live in amha because I can't afford "New" items....I"m 73 years old and I shouldn't have to live like this...and I can guarantee, that i'm NOT the only one in this complex that has had them....and just for information...I have sat downstairs and watched as "new" tenants move in and have WITNESSED bed bugs on the furniture....and I was also told" it's not their fault" I have the bugs...so who is it...the man in the moon??????? I was also told" due to staff shortages and snow removal, I was pulled by my supervisior to complete other scheduled work....and I wrote back" and this is my problem how??????? something needs to be DONE YESTERDAY....this is NO WAY TO LIVE.."
