"The walls in the townhouse are very thin. We can hear the neighbors music. And when we are upstairs in our bathroom you can hear the neighbors and it sounds like they are in the bathroom with us. Not a place to have a newborn baby in. They “renovated” by just painting white everywhere. After my lease is up i will be moving. Management has been nice but when youre between two neighbors and they both play music it’s horrible. If you want a quiet place you better hope you dont have neighbors."

"If anyone sees my review, please realize that we as humans tend to make mistakes from time to time however, applicants should not be punished severely when we are given incorrect information. I was given the incorrect link from a brochure that was meant for the atl complex with the same name so I mistakenly applied here hoping I would gain approval from the apartment complex located in Atlanta GA but only to find out that they hadn't received my application once I called them. I informed property manager, Lisa, of the situation and she did her best to work with me in getting my fees refunded but the corporate office denied my request to be refunded even with photo evidence. Lisa if you are reading this, these 3 stars are really meant for you and your incredible customer service skills. The decision made by corporate is absolutely unacceptable and they should be more understanding of the mistake that was made."

"Was here for a year while it was called Kings Court and it was great. Fast forward to November 2021 when new management took over after a sale and things have gone completely downhill. Management is easily the most dismissive impossible to communicate with people and literally will ignore you/refuse to fix things in your apartment. Moving forward to today, Dec 27th, 2021, a notice was posted on every door that Rent being due one day late would cause an eviction notice, everybody that has had pets for years is now required to get rid of them, and there is a pleasant little threat stating "some of you will not have your lease renewed". Absolutely awful, unprofessional, and the most condescending note I have ever read from a landlord. We will be moving asap, but just be warned about moving here."

"I absolutely LOVEEEEEE kings court. Margie is possibly the most amazing person I've ever dealt with and she is so understanding. I haven't had a single issue living here yet and I've been here almost a year. No bugs, no smell, nothing. My only reasoning for giving 4 stars is because there some folks who don't quite understand the entire building isn't theirs to congregate around but hey, it's an apartment complex. it's bound to happen at some point right? can't control everybody. Other than that, I would recommend Kings Court to anyone thinking about coming here. It is well worth it and if I didn't need a bigger place to live, I'd stay here for years!"

"I have to say that this is one place i can see my family living for a long time! I love how peaceful and clean this property is. If i ever had a problem ( which is VERY RARE) it gets fix if not that same day then the very next day!! The Staff are friendly and really make you feel like family! Just this past Christmas my family received an Christmas card from the office! Everyone is just so amazing! And Mr. King ( yes he is real) is so nice! So if you want a safe, close to shopping stores, and within a mile if not half of mile of Barberton Hospital this place is for you! My family love it and we have all our necessitates meet its even on the bus line!!! Not sure just come and meet smiling and ready to answer any questions you may have staff they are ready!"
