"I have tried multiple times to just get in to see one of these apartments, I called and spoke with Josh the other day and it was like pulling teeth just to get information, eventually I had to ask him if he even wanted to rent any apartments. Josh took my name and number and gave it to Chelsea she texted me once, I responded and she never answered back nor did she call I'm disappointed really but will move on. Someone hd told me these people weren't interested in renting to blavks and my experience supports that idea and that's sad to see in 2023."

"Been a resident for about 5 years. I thought I'd leave a review with all the things I've experienced here throughout the years. Chelsea and Debbie have always been very helpful in the office. Anytime you see them in the common areas they're quick to say hello, good morning, or even ask how you are doing. They pretty much know the residents by name. One of our most recent "hiccups" was that we lost our key fob but all we had to do was stop by the office and it was quickly replaced. The maintenance guys are always running around in the hallways doing some sort of work. Requests are quickly solved. It hasn't taken more than a day or two for someone to show up after requested. Having 24hr emergency maintenance is great. Our bathtub faucet malfunctioned in the middle of the night on a Sunday (it didn't want to close/shut off) and they sent someone over right away. And I know it doesn't seem like it, but I see the lobby and elevators are cleaned every morning. We also just had a pest inspection and an alarm test. I love the little community events for the holidays. We have a door decorating contest every year, we had a book reading club, bingo, we got a cute little care package during covid (see attached photo), food trucks, all sorts of things! And we get a quarterly newsletter of all the updates. Yes, there has been minor issues here and there. Like elevators breaking down, but we have 3. Slow pipes sometimes, but its an old building, and maintenance is just a call away. Rent prices are pretty reasonable with all of our amenities. All i have to say is that I'm very pleased with our apartment building. Great location, great people."

"I've lived here for about a year now. The apartments are pretty nice and they're decently affordable compared to other apartments in the area. The police have gotten out of hand in the parking lot lately. I've been stopped twice and questioned about where I'm coming from, or if I lived there. Not sure if there's criminal activity happening on the property or if the police just saw a young black man by himself and assumed I was a criminal. Whatever the case AIY Properties needs to not allow them to just hang out in the parking lot of our homes, and if they're going to be there, they need to leave us alone."

"Water issues every day, plus mold. When we first moved in, our apartment flooded while we both had COVID. We had to leave for a while because I had no running water to drink and they had to dry out our apartment. We did not flood the apartment, the people fixing our leaky faucet forgot to turn off the main line and flooded multiple apartments. On top of that our bathtub always got stopped up to the point of having a full bath while taking a shower. They would take too long to fix things and then fix them so poorly it would just break again a day later. Our toilet had problems flushing and the ceiling in the bathroom looked like it was about to cave in. Mold was in the caulking of the shower when we first moved and only got worse as we lived there. They just caulk straight over any mold in the building. There were used tampons, vomit, dog feces and urine throughout the buildings stairwells. The elevators smelled strongly of urine and half the time would not work. The amount of false fire alarms at 1 or 2 am were also lovely. The people working in the offices are quite nice but I do not trust AIY properties and especially not because they raised the rent price to be as much as the nicer apartment we are living in now— which does not have a single one of these issues."

"I was reading the reviews n thought I'd leave one too... I see a lot are wishing for lower rent. With all the amenities that we have and considering that we're in the park and the area is not a lot of crime I think it's pretty reasonable. Other apartments are around the same amount but don't have all the amenities that we do. I love my apartment and love living at Tower in the park. The staff's awesome! I do wish the hallways looked a little bit better. New carpeting, painted ...the elevators are pretty yucky looking. But I'm on the second floor.. so I use the stairs!"
