"I never rented here.. this is a general statement for ALL people who leave these 'google reviews' constantly talking about how horrible every single apartment is , but nothing ever changed and nothing ever gets done, year after year. Complaining on Google obviously isn't getting any results, so ask yourself: If these places are violating all these rules of safety and health and housing, WHY is the area continuing to let them stay in business? This is for ALL apartments. It should not be this difficult, decade after decade, to find a decent, clean apartment. CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELVES! Take out the garbage daily, and don't leave food around. That solves 99% of your problems, and is something everyone should have learned when they were a child."

"I will never move back to this place!! The leasing office is a bunch of rude ladies, they never have answers for anything. I got a call one day saying if I wanted a new blind I’d have to pay for it, in response I asked how much it cost? Lady on the other line “I don’t know” so why did you just waste both of our times? I told them I needed new lights for my kitchen because they require the fluorescent tubes and before asking me if that’s what I had, they said “ your responsible for changing your own lightbulbs” sorry I don’t have fluorescent tubes hanging around my apartment, I’ll get those next time I’m at the store. The maintenance doesn’t come EVER to fix anything that is SIMPLE. To fix. I put in a maintenance request for SLATS FOR THE FRONT WINDOW,it took them over 30 days to bring me SLATS. When inquiring about it, I got told there were other issues in other buildings that needed addressed first. Understandable, but when the maintenance man lives in your building how hard it is to drop slats off on their way to the apartment in the same building. Also, took over 30 days for other maintenance issues that were simple also. My building smelled horrible, a neighbor had a dog who went to the bathroom in their apartment. Place was disgusting. Do not go here if you don’t HAVE too. I PROMISE YOU YOULL REGRET IT!!"

"0 star review, they make you give at least one to leave a review. Would NOT recommend. Management is rude, unprofessional, and uninformed about their buildings and appliances. There are 2 dryers in our laundry room, they never both work at the same time. Maintenance routinely walks into your apartment UNANNOUNCED. The past 2 winters they have let the snow sit after a big storm, people get stuck in the parking lot every time it snows. Nobody puts down salt nor do they clear any walkways to the door, they want you to fall! If you work evenings you will have nowhere to park when you get home. I called the office about a smoke detector beeping and was laughed off the phone and told to fix it myself. ITS A HARDWIRED SMOKE DETECTOR. I went into the office and explained that it’s in fact wired into the wall and was told yes maintenance would have to come out but since they close soon I’ll have to put in a work order…the smoke detector is still beeping! Would give 0 stars if I could, i would not recommend living here to anyone!"

"I lived at Olmsted Falls Village for 3 years and had a good experience with the apartment and the company. I had great neighbors too. If you had any questions or concerns it was easy to talk and communicate with them. Communication is the key which lets me give them 5 stars."
