"Extremely bad experience, you can't make request for almost any maintenance, they got mice and ants issues if you complain they will ask you to leave. Windows don't block the cold during winter and heating units are terrible."

"When I moved in, the windows all leaked when it rained. Called maintenance and was told “nothing I can do about it” and took a few weeks to repair. Laurie, the manager, is rude and gives attitude. I was told it would take a month to get my security deposit back; after calling for a month and leaving messages only to be ignored, I went back in person, which again was a rude occurrence where they made it seem like my fault. Its been 3 months and still haven’t received my deposit nor a follow up. Poor management!"

"Do you enjoy constantly repeating yourself about repairs only to be ignored? Do you have a desire to life in an aquatic landscape. If so this is the place for you. If you get a basement level apartment don’t expect it to be dry and really don’t expect anyone to resolve the issue. Sure you only have to pay for electric and the rent is relatively cheap but you’ll end up fearing every time it rains. The staff are relatively friendly if you can get ahold of them. But overall I would not recommend this as the best option for an apartment."

"I don't understand the negative reviews although plenty were years ago. I moved in April 1st 2022 on a Friday night. My unit had all new appliances, Laurie is amazing and personable. It's quiet as can be here. Not even a full night in I love it. Only gripe is the stairs and railing being old and noisy and my door but this place doesn't represent the negative reviews one bit."

"I lived here from 2013-2014. I'm going to start off with saying when I moved in the place was disgusting, fridge was nasty, the bathroom floor had buildup of dirt, and the toilet had urine stains all over it...... I just cleaned and moved in. I had considered renting a house. I spoke to the manager (Bonnie) and asked how moving out 3 months early would work. She told me I could pay the rent every month, or if they found someone else to move in it would void my contract. Well they found someone to move in, I was asked to be out by July 1st so they could paint and do a few updates for the new tenant to move in by the middle of the month. Not a problem. My dog had broken a few blinds and I asked if she wanted me to go ahead and buy some to replace them, or if I could just give her the $ for it. She said not to worry about it. She also told me to only mop the floors because they were updating he kitchen and bathroom. Which I ended up doing everything... Cleaned the fridge, stove, counters, cupboards, bathroom totally cleaned as well as bedrooms and living room. Come middle of August I get a letter charging me rent for July and August, as well as cleaning fees, and fees to replace the blinds, and replacing the wood floors in the bedroom. I tried to call the number on the papers, it was a non functioning number. I text the manager Bonnie and asked about all the charges. She says the tenants never moved in that we're supposed to. (Mind you I was asked to leave early). I asked her why she never informed me of this so I could pay the rent, no response. I also asked about the other charges. She claims the bedroom smelled horrifically of dog pee and the floors were ruined. Not true, my dog never even had an accident in that place. Also she showed my apartment to people, so if it was as bad as she says why wouldn't she have said anything? She also refused to give me the number to contact the company to discuss the issues. I never heard from them again, so to my knowledge the issue was resolved. Now a year and a half later I'm receiving a letter from an attorney for the matter. So please folks stay away from this shady complex. The apartments aren't very nice, they don't keep the apartments well maintained either."
