"Avoid this place at all costs! The property and rooms are in terrible repair. Furniture was broken and abused, lamps not working. Ground floor room I had looked as if it had been flooded with stained carpet and rusted mini fridge door. Room entry door was insecure. No internet and staff was unconcerned. Attitude seemed to just be "Tough Luck, Buddy!" This experience puts me off on Wyndham in general... never ran into this with Marriott1"
"I booked a room though Expedia for my brother and his family. Unfortunately, they were delayed and tired a few hours away. Upon reviewing the comments my sister-in-law refused to stay there with their 2 kids. so I went to cancel the booking. Both Expedia and I were unable to get anything but the full voice-mail box. SO....I'm out 165 bucks because the management company of this hotel is either too cheap or just incompetent. Either way, Wyndham made a bad deal that leaves me questioning if they are still a quality hotel chain."
"DONT GO HERE!!!!! I wish I could give this place a -5 review. They’re so disgusting , they don’t clean the rooms AT ALL! Moldy, a used piece of toilet paper stuck to the wall above the bed, smoke detectors covered with plastic, used toiletries in the bathroom, food on the walls, one shower still had used bar of soap from a previous guest, they’ve never heard of dusting, hair every where in the shower and sinks, even on the toilet. They might vacuum but that’s the extent of their cleaning! 2 different rooms and they only got worse. Management kicked us out on the spot for calling corporate and letting them know how nasty the place was, manager was so nasty and rude , did not apologize just threw me and my 4 kids out and kept saying not her problem shouldn’t of called corporate on them. Look at the pictures and tell me if you’d be comfortable sleeping here. It was worse in person!"
"All the rooms were so dirty. There was some smell from the room. In the room, wherever you see, you will find the dust and some kind of spots on the furniture on the room wall. It needs good cleaning and renovation may be.!! The lobby carpet has some stains and needs good cleaning. Staff were nice. Location and parking are plenty. Even there is a truck parking area."
