We called the emergency number first thing that morning, and received a call from Jon within 5 minutes. He was at our place within 30 minutes and had the furnace back up and running very quickly. Jon also called us back later to check that the furnace was still working well, and was very courteous through the whole process. Thank you Jon!!"

"We have only been residents for 4 months but are so pleased with our "new home". On Monday afternoon, I stopped in the office and requested that our hot water tank be reset to give us hotter water and inquired about having our grouting in the kitchen and both bathrooms redone. Cindy in the Redwood office put in a work order on Monday afternoon and workers came the very next day and completed all projects. We were amazed with the efficiency and professionalism that your staff exhibited. I have also reached out to several of my neighbors and invited them for dessert during the holiday season. We had a great time and one of those neighbors has since reciprocated with a lunch at her home. This will be a monthly get together as we all get to know our neighbors! We love Redwood!!!!!!!"
