"I lived here for two years and it was absolutely horrible. Was left without a functioning toilet for the first two months I lived here. Management/maintenance wouldn’t come out unless I threatened to fix something myself. Rent went up to $1000 a month by 2022 when my first year was $740 a month in 2020. Changed management every few months and wouldn’t contact or notify residents until it was too late. Do yourself a favor and don’t live here"
"Expensive for having literally no perks to living here. No garages. No added security on main doors. Have to pay for laundry machines that always break. Management is terrible. Can never get ahold of anyone in the office, and they never get back to you. Black mold in several of the apartments. Literally the only good thing is the view."
"Maintenance never available. They do not keep up with the building. Absent landlord. Place is falling apart and they won’t fix unless you hound them. aweful management and no one is in charge. Residents are afraid of being homeless and if we speak up we get absolutely no help. So disappointed"
