"As a new apartment complex, they are handling the issues in the reviews amazingly well. They noticed communication was lacking and got help. I am the first to admit, I’m very impatient but all in all it was 4/5 for communication and 5.5 for everything else. The staff is super nice, the apartments are GORGEOUS and the neighborhood is beautiful. The office is constantly doing things with the tenants and We CANNOT WAIT to move in!"

"Despite a few hiccups regarding construction delays and poor communication that I encountered when the Row first opened, I thoroughly enjoy living here. I appreciate the modern design of the apartment and the convenient working space available in the lobby, which suits my needs as someone who often works from home. The highlight for me is undoubtedly the layout of my 1-bedroom + den "loft." It provides ample room, and the stunning windows add to the appeal. It also doesn’t hurt that the apartment complex is in close proximity to the expressway and all the stores I frequent."

"This property is the most unprofessionally ran apartment complex I have ever seen. I cannot get anyone to return my voicemails. When I eventually get a response to an email it is short, grammatically incorrect and not helpful. I showed up at this property for a “tour” this morning after receiving an automated email confirming the appointment and an automated text confirming the appointment two hours prior. No one was there. 10, 15, 20 minutes later, no one was there to give me a tour. I did however get solicited by people in the parking lot trying to hand me something for a church function. Run do not walk, this place is not worth your energy or time. Thanks for wasting mine Row on Merchant!!"

"I truly adore my loft, with its windows being the absolute highlight. However, the amenities advertised and promised have yet to be realized. The lack of controlled access to our building is concerning; the entrance is open for anyone at any time of day or night. Though dry cleaning services are listed, the presence of on-site management is inconsistent at best—it's always a game of chance to find someone in the building. The rooftop lounge remains inaccessible, and currently, our trash chute room is locked, causing substantial inconvenience for all residents. Additionally, it was stated that our packages would be securely stored and notifications sent upon delivery, but this has not been the case. When inquiring about this service, the response received was far from helpful, with a dismissive remark about Amazon providing updates, disregarding the lack of updates from other delivery services. The amenities were a major selling point for many of us, and their absence, coupled with the lack of communication about when they will be available, is quite disappointing, especially considering they are included in what we are paying for. Looking forward to seeing improvements and better communication from the management."

"Donovan gave us a tour this afternoon and did such a great job and was so informative! We loved the apartments. We were able to take a tour of the layout we were interested in, which was extremely valuable to us. Nice, new apartments with very friendly staff! Hope to be back soon as official residents!"
