"Worst place ever broke down and reserved a room and when I got there they said they had no rooms available so I had to look for a new one last min. Very unprofessional"

"JR the Manager is very friendly and professional and has provided lunch for the entire hotel as well as raffles to win expensive products like shark vacuums, air friers etc. all out of his wallet. The hotel offers breakfast in the morning as well. All the staff is very friendly and extremely helpful no matter your need. They have laundry service provided for you to do yourself and the first load is free. They are pet friendly and very reasonably priced. The rooms are very nice and clean and come with kitchen that includes a sink, a fullsize freezer/refrigerator and a 2 burner flat range stovetop but you will need to bring your own invection skillet/pans. I stayed for approximately a month and loved my stay and would love to stay again if I need to stay locally again."

"J.R. , Alan, Chris and the girls are all wonderful and do everything they can to make sure you are taken care of...there are small issues as with anywhere but that comes with the public...there's no way to avoid it. If there's a big issue however; it's met and handled promptly. The management has been bringing %workers in regularly to upgrade the landscaping and Interior of the place and they are available 24/7...I've been here for 4 months and will be here 4 more!"

"I'm not sure where the 4 & 5 star reviews are coming from - though all the 4 and 5 star reviews do sound the same. If you look back at my reviews, I try hard to highlight the positives of places I review, but this is one of the few places I can not do that. This place is a dump and in bad shape, located in a bad area. Holes in the walls, holes in the bed spread, floors damaged, strong odor of smoke, trash in the halls, and not a shred of carpet anywhere to be found. I refused to stay and they are refusing to refund the charge, requiring me to work through my credit card to try and get the charge returned. This was easily the worst place I've been in, and I travel often across North America, Europe, and Asia. This place also does not have an elevator, so it is not accessible for those with movement challenges. I booked this through a hotel site and do not understand how this qualified to be listed."

"Management and staff are very nice. If you're staying a while this place is great. The things that make it bad are the guest that make it hard for management and staff. Some people bring baskets and leave them some people take their dogs out and don't clean after them. Management and staff do their best to clean up the mess but some guests don't make it easy. Some people will be so lazy to walk to the dumpster that they will leave trash in the parking lot or ash their cigarettes on the stairwell. Don't blame the hotel blame the people that mess it up for everyone else."
