"I know ppl that live there, place is horrible sewer backs up cuz pipes are old and needs replaces, maintenance sucks,Manger is rude and has issues, Owner have no idea what's going on.NOTICE THEY NEVER REPLY TO NEGATIVE COMMENTS."
"They didn't have any available Senior apartments, not even to go on a waiting list for any price range. There were only 3 apartments in the whole complex that were for my income bracket, of coarse they will probably never be available. So I guess some of the Hillsboro Ohio Senior housing apartments don't accommodate lower income brackets. I can only feel that they only had the 3 lower income bracket apartments to be able to qualify as a government subsidized housing. But are they genuinely concerned about Seniors? It's discouraging. Our country wonder's why so many Seniors live in their vehicles... I would do the same if I was still able to drive. Right now I am living in a RTO cabin, on rented property. I like it but my health issues aren't allowing me to live here safely. It's my only option."
"I am very upset how this place has gone down hill! They raise there rent and still cannot get things maintenanced ! My brother is handicap and elderly Mother lives there also their neighbors has issues but there porches are holse and cracks in them need fixed so they don't trip in them. Lots other issues after 17yr you think he be eligible for some new carpet or maintenance maybe need couple guys to work there!!"
"That driveway needs a lot of work. I was visiting my daughter and her air conditioner went from blowing air to blowing heat! I think it's safe to say that 30 year old thermostat doesn't work"
