"Great staff, They work as fast as they can to help you.but don't expect things to get done very fast. I've been waiting 3 years on them to cut the pine tree away from my place and from dropping over my vehicle."

"The lady in intake is rude! She clearly should not be working in public assistance. Telling a disabled person they have just 5 hours to turn in paperwork is crazy! She needs to be fired! I will be appealing and will advocate that she be released from her job"

"Most of the staff are extremely rude and act as if they are too good to speak to you. They allow their employee to treat their tenants anyway they choose. They let their staff members talk to you like you are dumb but then expect you to want to work with them with your housing. As a business, their employees are not very professional. When you call their number to talk to someone or get information, they act like they are trying to rush you off the phone. They very rarely answer the phone to begin with. I would think when having a job of this nature, it’s because you enjoy helping people who need it. However, these people who work here seem more annoyed than anything when it comes to actually helping someone. I have never been treated so poorly by someone in a professional setting before."

"I found that they was very helpful when I needed a place right away. The staff was very professional. A big shout out to Kim Goodrich she is amazing to work with! Kim and others in her position have a heavy work load dealing with all the paperwork and making sure that things are according to company policy. My advice to others would be get them what they ask for; turn it in in a timely manner and you would find that things will go smoothly. The people who work at the office by no means have a easy job dealing with 100 different personality types. I appreciate the help I received when I needed it. I was just informed that Kim is no longer at Greene Met. She will surely be missed. Wishing her the best of luck! 08/25/2021"
