"I freaking love it here! Quiet, peaceful and wonderful. Tim and his maintenance staff are on the ball. It’s really a wonderful place to live. I’m 57 and my neighbors are kind and great. We are all people of a certain age although I’ve interacted with some of wonderful younger people one of the whom helped me find my mailbox!!! It’s a challenge with keyed mailboxes!!! Rent from aspen management!!!"
"Good place to live in. I have not had any issues with anyone. Maintenance people fix any problem within 36 hours. It is on the north side of Springfield, and it is pretty quiet here. Many businesses and store within minutes. Some apartments, at least mine, are dark and do not have a ceiling fan or ceiling lights in the living room. Also, It is expensive to keep the apartment warm during winter since the heater is electric. Management is reasonable and friendly. Edited: Lived here for 3 years. I finally decided to find a better and newer apartment near Columbus. I could not handle the darkness of the apartment."
