"We came across this place while driving around Springfield trying to find ANY hotel with a "smoking room". (I'm still human. I want a hot shower and comfortable bed just like everyone else!). The young man at the front desk was very pleasant. Rooms are dated, but clean. I don't care about chipped paint or scratches on the furniture. It has exactly what is needed....hot shower and (very) comfortable bed. Bonus? It was the cheapest hotel we had come across! Some people have complained about the parking lot and "shady characters"....the lot is well lit, and you can see "shady characters" even at the Marriott nowadays! I never feared for my safety. If you are expecting the Marriott, go there. If you want a cheap, smoking room for a good night's sleep, you got it!"
"Room was disgusting. Stains on the bed and walls doors ect. Told the man after we walked through and checked it that we wanted our money back and he was rude and told us he would call the police. I will never again stay there!! Room 116"
"Dirty room with gross bathroom floor, shower barely worked and toilet would not flush, bed was good and comfortable. Heat and TV worked"
"Literally the nastiest place I have ever stayed at in my entire life! It was like a third world country walking into the room. I wouldn't even let a dog sleep in that room. The guy at the front desk was extremely rude not friendly at all! The room was so nasty we are calling the health department ASAP... Seriously disgusting even the homeless would choose to sleep outside instead of in one of those rooms. I don't see where it can let me post the pictures. But just picture in your mind 12 people from the homeless community tent City living in it all at once and it never was cleaned."
"I wish there was a zero star option. This place is completely unsafe and filthy. Not only was everything in the room falling apart, there was a guy standing outside of our room window waving a gun around, a woman yelling in our door wanting to fight as we were carrying our stuff in, people outside fighting. We lasted about 15 minutes before we left"
