"My boyfriend and I moved into Ashton Meadows last year, it’s our first place “on our own” and we have nothing but wonderful things to say about living here. We plan on living here until we are able to buy a house some day! We have had no problems at all since being here. It’s very quiet and calm (safe too!), everybody is so friendly and nice, plus I love that our 2 dogs can live here with us as well! I think the property and apartments are clean and well kept, maintenance has been very helpful too whenever we needed them. We decided to renew our lease but wanted to move into a townhouse for more space, and Mandy has been beyond helpful and patient with me throughout the transfer process. I feel so comfortable knowing that she is there if I ever need anything at all, and I’m so thankful to have a property manager like her! We are so excited about renewing our lease and continuing to stay here! I absolutely would recommend Ashton Meadows to anyone, especially for someone looking for their first place!"

"Had a friend who knew I used to live here ask me if I recommend it. I was shocked when she said it had so many positive reviews on Google. I'd assume the 5 star generic reviews come from incentives to join raffles/whatever else distracting event they have going on. Also, my review from 2020 seems to be gona along with some others I remember being here. Management is *nice* sure. Until you ask for basic maintenance to be done, then you get lies, excuse, and sob stories. I went in person to the office once to ask for the status of a work order and the lady had me follow her around and show me (idr what she was doing, digging holes for some reason) how hard she was working..like okay.. has nothing to do with my issue. But thanks? For doing your job? I had a young baby in this place and got out as soon as possible due to safety issues which were brought up upon move in and multiple times since but NEVER addressed. Was blamed for a bathtub leaking through the cieling even though I reported it the first time I saw a spot and never had anyone come check on it even when again asking multiple times. Ridiculous to beg for basic maintenance yet be blamed for the problems upon move out. Took this issue all the way to the property owners in order to get it corrected. Then I received apologies. They have no business charging the prices they do for how old and unclean these places are upon move in. Steer clear."

"First, let me say, I think this is a good place to live. However, it does have it's pros/cons. Pros. It's very quiet and peaceful. Everyone I have meet or spoke to has been very nice and friendly. Everyone seems to keep to themselves and there is no drama. I have had no issues with office staff, they are very nice, professional and go out of their way to make you feel at home and comfortable. I personally, do not have an issue with the parking. There is no assigned parking so you just have to find a spot as close to were your front door is. I've never had an issue with where I park. Sometimes I get a real good spot and sometimes I have to park a little further down but never that far. In all the spots that I have parked I can still lock my car from inside my apartment. So, it's never that far away. I've had to call for maintenance once. There was a bit of a miscommunication but my issue was taken care of quickly enough so I'm satisfied. Cons. The feral cats are a bit annoying especially since I have dogs and my dogs most definitely don't like cats. I don't think there is much the management can do to control them but they're everywhere. Second, the dog 'dirt' is out of control. As a dog owner, we are to clean up after our dogs much a lot of owners do not. Some of the places are so bad with dog poo, I can't even take my dogs over there. There is too much, it's big piles and the area even smells bad. We did just get a notice about the 'out of control dog poo' so hopefully they will get it taken care of quickly. Third, people drive way too fast. Kids playing, people walking their dogs etc. and folks come flying around the corner like a bat out of hell! If they put speed bumps in the parking lot that would take care of that I'm sure. For the most part, I am satisfied at Ashton Meadows. It is one of the few places that lets you have two dogs so I'm grateful for that."

"When I was looking for my first apartment, they were a perfect fit. They’re affordable for anyone just starting out, they are a little dated but very nice, and the staff in the front office is always pleasant and wonderful! The apartments have some issues as any do, but the maintenance team is wonderful and sure to fix the problems. As long as you pay your rent and follow the rules, you won’t have any problems. They were very understanding of my situation starting out and very kind and considerate when getting me in. The only time I was ever late on rent, they were incredibly kind and understanding. I hope to live here until I can afford a house!"

"I have lived at Ashton Meadows for over a year now and I love it. I rented previously in Columbus but living in Ashton meadows has by far been the best experience. Overall, the community is quiet, clean and safe. My interactions with neighbors and overall office staff have all been positive. The staff and maintenance department have been very accommodating, proactive, and when situations arise they are quick to fix the problem. Additionally, I feel like they are very invested in the property and the individuals who live here. Honestly, I am shocked to see the negative reviews. It is like they are living in a completely different apartment complex. I never had ANY problems. Overall, I am so happy with my apartment and overall experience. I would recommend it to anyone."
