"Just woke up to two maintenance men in my living room. The landlord said she posted a notice but she did not. She posted one last month for next day entry but not this month. I was not dressed and was woken up out of a dead sleep after working very long shifts. I feel completely violated! They fix nothing. Was promised carpet 3 years ago and still waiting. My living room ceiling is caving in. We are moving asap! Do not rent from here unless you want your vehicles vandalized, your animals let out by workers entering your home unannounced, and your home falling apart. I’d give zero stars!!"

"We’ve lived here for 8 months, we’ve had many problems especially with maintenance. We’ve had sewage come up in our bathtub a good 10 times where we can’t use our bathroom for days before they come and put a Band-Aid on it. While leaving sewage all over my apartment and all in my carpet plus the bathroom. Maintenance has left hours on hand while FIXING THE PROBLEM with my toilet off the floor, I also have small children and animals!!! Now we have black mold growing in one of the bedrooms and bathroom. I’m terrified to call and ask maintenance to come because they don’t actually fix things. Based on other reviews I’m not the only one having the same problems! Overall apartments like this make me want to buy a house!!!"

"Would give zero stars if I could. Management is absolutely terrible. Beth was extremely rude. They care about nothing other than money. Almost all of the apartments have mold in them and all they do to fix it is paint it and bleach. me and my daughter got very sick so I asked to break my lease and paid extra to leave. When I left and went to a new apartment, they told the new apartment that I just up and left with no notice even though I reached out to the property owners, let them know what was going on. They gave me permission to leave. I had video evidence of everything that was wrong with the building and they let me leave. The neighbors are absolutely terrible. everybody here was constantly complaining about some thing if me and my daughter made any noise it was a problem. Just overall a terrible Experience. The apartment was beautiful, but not worth all the trouble."

"When you move in they hide the fact that the water smells like rotten eggs. I tried to tell someone that was touring the property about the water and the property manager said that I could be labeled as a problem tenant and that my lease may not be renewed. Try being honest with people and stop hiding the fact that your water smells so bad that it fills up your house with a horrible odor. Or get it fixed!"

"Nice places. Big and used to be a good deal. One problem. These apartments are on well water. IT SMELLS BAD. Like sulfur. If touring. First thing you do is turn the bath water to hot. Let it run while you tour and decide for yourself. If you can deal with the smell at the end. $700 for a 2 bedroom. One of the quietest place to live in Springfield. That being said. The place was bought recently by an investment group that raised rent by $200 dollars a month at my apartment. More at other properties. With no renovations or improvements. Just Truth."
