"I am the new maintenance man at Robin Springs. We are under new management and we have a new property manager. We are doing everything we can to cater to our residents. I am hvac certified and I am always happy to fix any issues our residents may have. We are doing our best to change any negative problems of the past. I can not speak for those issues but I can say the team we have here now is all about our residents and making this a safe and enjoyable place to live. "This is a horrible place to live!!! They've owed me my security deposit for 6 months and still haven't paid it, so now I'm having to take them to court! This place is ridiculous...."
"They let someone very close to me deal with this for over 6 months and it's still not fixed. The property manager is a disgusting human with no morals or care this is someones apartment that is not section 8 and has tried the best they could to get them to fix it. Thank God I am able to get them out of this disgusting nasty place. This place needs to be condemned."
"its bin a long time but 6 years ago i lived here and it was the best my brother loved it there and all i see is bad reviews be nice not mean im 15 and my brother is 13 and my little sister is 12 and we all loved it there most thing i loved about it is there's nice people,cool friends,and its fun"
"Pool, laundry room and fitness room are closed. I waited six months for refrigerator and stove repair and was met with attitude from the office consultants. Called corporate but got no results and they weren't repaired before I moved. Had bikes stolen from back patio. Came downstairs out of the shower to a non uniformed maintenance man exiting my kitchen. I was alone with my 14 yo daughter."
