"I have lived at Shady Creek for over 10 years. The value for the apartment is great. We all know how hard it is to find 2 bathrooms for under $1000.00. Living here all this time and shady creek is at its best right now under the new manager. She is the best thing that could have happened to these apartments, she really cares about a safe and clean place to live."
"Management is terrible as well as the maintenance men. My friend still lives there and has had black mold in her air conditioner and under her carpet. We told them & it took forever to replace air conditioner never cleaned or replaced carpet and I stayed with her for a length of time and we both still have health issues bc of the mold. Rashes and bad breathing problems now. She cant afford anywhere else so we have to deal with it. Sucks"
